Terra Mining continue to grow as the primary mine operator at Extension Hill, situated 270km southeast of Geraldton.

The start of 2025 has now kicked off with Terra Mining ramping up their mobile crushing operations and will be seeking an experienced Crushing Supervisor to join the Terra Mining team.

About the Position

Reporting to the Mining Manager, this role will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the operation of the crushing operations at the crushing plant.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include but not be limited to –

• Managing daily performance of the crushing team
• Maintains inventory of supplies to ensure efficient crushing operations
• Collect, record and analyze crushing plant data to optimize efficiencies and product quality
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Assisting crushing crew members when needed

What we are seeking

A crushing leader who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.

• Previous experience in a crushing processing plant as a supervisor or manager
• Possess current Statutory Supervisor WHS SRMS certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of mine site safety procedures.
• Positive attitude to teamwork and motivating their crews
• Hold current nationally accredited operating tickets
• A positive attitude to teamwork and eagerness to learn new skills.
• A valid Australian drivers licence.

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
