Terra Mining are a dynamic leader in Western Australia’s mining sector, which rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.

2025 has been a big year for Terra Mining as we embark further at Extension Hill continues to ramp up their operations in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.

The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our drill and blast demands as we are seeking experienced Drillers to join the team and safely execute the blast hole drilling in accordance with procedural and site requirements.

Working a 2&2 roster, the Drillers day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Operating blast hole drill rigs according to drill pattern
• Move drills as needed to designated locations within the mine project
• Inspect and maintain drills including lubricant systems and fluid levels
• Maintain bits, hammers and steel tubes
• Complete drilling reports as required

What we are seeking

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Blast Hole Driller on open pit, hard rock mining projects.
• Previous experience operating Epiroc T45 and Atlas Copco L7 drill rigs is desirable but not essential.
• Drillers with a positive attitude to safety and teamwork.
• Hold a valid Australian drivers licence
• Be available to start ASAP.

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
