2025 has been a big year for Terra Mining and now looking forward to 2026 as we embark further at Extension Hill ramping up operations for in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.
The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our operational demands as we are seeking experienced Crushing Leading Hand to carry out operations around the mobile crushing plant (Terex Finlay) ensuring targets are met safely.

About the Position
Reporting to the Crushing Supervisor, the Crushing Leading Hand will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mobile crushing plant. Their duties will include but not limited to:
· Lead and assist the crushing team to meet crushing targets safely
· Ensure the crushing plant is running to its required standard
· Ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to
· With a loader, feed materials into the crusher, remove finished products
· Perform daily inspections, clean and lubricate machinery, and clear any jams with hand tools
· Inspect the finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and suitable for lab testing
What we are seeking
Previous experience as a Leading Hand/Supervisor in a mobile crushing plant
Previous experience operating mobile crushing plant at hard rock mining projects
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and preventative maintenance
Physically fit for tasks like shoveling, loading and clearing jams
Good communication skills for working with supervisors and ground staff
Operators with a positive attitude to safety and teamwork.
Hold a valid Australian drivers licence
Be available to start ASAP.
You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
